Music at Trinity

Whether we sing in the pew, sing in the choir, or play a musical instrument, expressing our faith through music is important to us.

Music in the Pews

One way all of us can participate is to sing the hymns and service music that form a part of our weekly liturgies. Singing is prayer, and sung prayer has the power to uniquely bring us into communion with one another.

Music in the Choir

The Trinity choir rehearses on Sunday mornings, beginning at 8:15 a.m. The choir sings at the 9:00 a.m. service each Sunday, from September through June. Everyone who enjoys singing, whatever his or her level of ability, is warmly invited to join! No formal choral training or note reading experience is required. The choir sings a rich and varied repertoire of choral music, from plainchant and Renaissance motets to anthems by contemporary composers. On occasion, the choir performs large-scale compositions with instrumental accompaniment.

Do You Play an Instrument?

We are always looking for people willing to share their talents as they enrich our worship.
